Dr. Harper is a passionate, patient-centered chiropractic physician born in Long Island, NY, who brings warmth, creativity, and dedication to every patient interaction. A proud graduate of Morgan State University and the Northeast College of Health Sciences (formerly New York Chiropractic College), she is known for crafting personalized treatment plans and truly listening to her patients.
Patients describe her as caring, dependable, culturally competent, and genuinely dedicated to their well-being. Dr. Harper is also self-taught in American Sign Language, expanding her ability to connect with a diverse range of patients. Her mission: to help you reclaim your health, confidence, and quality of life.

Chiropractic care may not be appropriate for patients with:
- Spinal cancer or metastatic disease
- Spinal infections
- Cervical artery dissection (high stroke risk)
- Recent spinal fracture
- Severe or worsening neurological deficits
- Cauda equina syndrome (loss of bowel/bladder function, saddle numbness, leg weakness)
- Fever with spine pain, unexplained weight loss, or sudden severe neck pain with headache
