We can all benefit from healthier habits. Taking responsibility for our health and having the confidence and skills to affect a transformation in our own lives is empowering. Unfortunately, behaviors we’ve developed over a lifetime don’t magically change with good intentions but by drawing on our own personal strengths and values, we can integrate goals and strategies which support lifelong change for improved health and longevity.
Claire Brown, NBC-HWC is a national board-certified Health and Wellness Coach offering personal consultations, coaching packages, healthy cooking classes, and a variety of lifestyle support activities at our many Central Florida locations. A member of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine, she is a licensed Food for Life cooking and nutrition instructor and holds certifications from Rouxbe Cooking School and T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies.
When she’s not teaching a cooking demo or in the office consulting with clients, you can find Claire at local Farmer’s Markets, Health Fairs, and events throughout the West Orange community, spreading the word about the amazing health benefits of a whole-food, plant-based diet.
